Union, Iowa area where she resides today with her husband Bob on her families 4th generation farm. Dorie has been employed with the company since 1999. Dan is the Principal broker of our partnering business (Fraise Auction and Real Estate) in Fort Madison, Iowa and is licensed in the State of Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. Dan works with buyers and sellers in the sales of single family residences, income properties, and commercial property but especially loves dealing with farms and acreages and also is experienced in farm management and 1031 Tax Exchanges. In 2000 Dan was selected as GMAC broker of the year. Dan is a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Fort Madison Board of Realtors and Fort Madison area MLS. Dan has participated in hundreds of successful fundraising auctions and charity events and continues to look forward to annual events and meeting new people.

Bob was raised and grew up on a farm in Southeast Iowa and has spent the last 41 years in the banking industry, most recently retiring from Danville State Bank after 35 years of service. At Danville State Bank Bob worked with real estate loans, consumer loans and Ag loans. Bob will be able to share his experience and knowledge of the banking industry with his clients, both buyers and sellers to fully understand banking requirements. Such as pre-qualifying buyers or calculating closing costs for a seller, thus creating a smooth transaction for everyone involved.
